Facility — building mansard Bakuninskaya St. Moscow Spring 2012
Purpose of the building: administrative and business building with a centre for professional development of workers in the electrical industry. Construction in the mode of historic buildings regeneration.
NPP RUSMET works on this facility:
Development of working structural engineering drawings.
Production of supporting irons of the building roof.
Materials used:
- Hot-rolled steel I-beam with parallel flange edges GOST 27772-88
- Hot-rolled steel equal-leg angles GOST 8509-93
- Hot-rolled sheet GOST 19903-74
- Steel sheet cold-formed sections with trapezoidal corrugations for building GOST 24045-94
Total mass of supporting irons is 11 tons.
Types of work performed for the project implementation:
- Bar sections cutting by the ESAB’s gas cutting machine
- Bar sections cutting with the JET’s bandsaw machine
- I-beams cross-cutting by ESAB's gas cutting machine
- Production of embedded and shaped metal products on Multicam’s CNC plasma cutting machine
- ESAB’s semiautomatic welding using MIG technology
- Sheeting of supporting irons
