Domestic manufacturer RUSMET LLC has developed mobile systems to solve well-known problems with pumping out and transporting waste technical fluids to sedimentation tanks for their further disposal, which are widely used at repair and production enterprises of transport infrastructure throughout Russia.

hese mobile devices help to increase the efficiency of the process of maintenance, repair of rolling stock at transport and railway infrastructure enterprises, reduce the proportion of manual labor, improve the quality of work performed, increase the level of control of the production process, reduce the labor intensity of maintenance and repair, and also reduce equipment maintenance costs.

In many repair enterprises, such as electric depots, railway depots, tram depots, bus fleets, electric bus fleets, etc., technical fluids were previously drained and transported by hand with significant time and labor intensity. The ideal solution to the problem was the use of mobile devices of the MOBILOT series, which pneumatically pump fluids used in the maintenance of rolling stock and transport them for disposal.

In principle, the devices consist of the following main components: a vehicle with an electric drive, storage tanks (the type of tanks and their number varies depending on the purpose of the device), a pumping unit, hose reels with discharge nozzles, electronic control modules, maintenance-free high-capacity batteries that do not emit harmful substances when charged, on-board chargers. The composition of the main and auxiliary nodes included in the mobile device shall be specified depending on the purpose of the device.

The storage tanks are made of stainless steel, equipped with an indication system, sight holes, and breathing valves.

The devices are easy to manage and they replace many manual tasks.
