TKO separation using the hydroseparation complex Svet-2 into various fractions has a number of advantages - it has a capacity up to tens of tons per hour, the high quality of the obtained fractions, washing all waste from food pollution (“German experience” - the waste is burned, but before that it is washed), the full automation and lack of manual labour, the process closeness. At the output we obtain the heavy fraction, having a negative buoyancy, consisting of glass, sand, ceramics, stone, metal. These materials can subsequently be used in construction.
The light fraction, having a positive buoyancy, is mainly presented in the form of plastic, paper, cardboard, fabrics, wood, leather. It can be used as a secondary raw material and get a second life in the form of useful products, provided it is homogeneous or can be burned with minimal harmful effects on the environment. The food part of the waste is washed away and sent for cleaning.
