NPP RUSMET took part in the WELDEX-2011 / "Rossvarka-2011" exhibition held on October 18-21, 2011 in the Sokolniki Exhibition Centre.

The Rossvarka-2011 exhibition is an industry event held annually in Sokolniki. It is the largest international exhibition of welding equipment, technologies, materials, as well as welding-related technologies, including metal cutting methods.

The main sectors of the Rossvarka / WELDEX exhibition were devoted to:

  • equipment and technologies for all types of welding, surfacing and soldering
  • equipment and technologies for heat treatment
  • materials for welding, cutting, surfacing, spraying, soldering
  • means and methods of protection
  • weld quality control
  • welding tools and fixtures
  • scientific developments in the field of welding

At the Rossvarka’2011 exhibition, metalworking equipment from world manufacturers such as ESAB, Messer, EWM, Hypertherm, TRUMPF and many others was widely presented.

NPP RUSMET exhibited the possibilities of plasma cutting technology for metal using its own products as an example. Metal plasma cutting easily cuts steel sheets of large thicknesses, the most effective range of metal cutting for plasma is in the range from 2 to 40 mm, but plasma cutting of metal is also successfully used for cutting any metal with a thickness of more than 40 mm. Using our own products as an example, the production capabilities of NPP RUSMET were demonstrated, with the company successfully applying plasma cutting technology for metal, gas cutting and metal cutting with band saw equipment. NPP RUSMET has a wide fleet of modern plasma metalworking equipment, work experience and a professional team. Plasma metal cutting is a modern technology of thermal cutting, widely in demand by all industries, including engineering and construction.

NPP RUSMET can offer its customers to produce flat flanges, fittings, embedded parts, metal structures, strips, plates, metal disks, machine blanks and other metal products according to their drawings on modern equipment.

For its active participation in the exhibition, NPP RUSSMET was awarded a diploma.
